Since 30 years Zieseniss is very active in the field of tufting-textiles and mechanical engeneering of tuftingmachines. As a result we can refer to machine-innovations, that turned to machine-standards of today and that are used for the most productions of high-quality tufting-products for the the home, automotive and sportive range (artificial gras).
Conversions, inspections and selling of used tuftingmachines and utilities
A permanent updating of the machine-constructions during all this time enables us to convert or refurbish nearly every type of tuftingmachine in view of machine-gauge, as well as in view of the pile constructions loop-pile / cut-pile.
Additional attachments, like yarn-detectors, pattern-attachments for cut- or loop-pile machines, as well as modern electrical equipments are completing the range of possibilities

Balancing the tufting-machine
Mechanical vibrations are not only unpleasant for humans, but also destructive to the tufting-machine. This may be expressed in a shortened bearing-lifetime within the top-housing, as well as in the occurrence of fatigue fractures, or an unreasonable noise. Also fine-adjustments within the gauge part section, are not exeptional. In place of an operating balancing, a lowering of the machine-speed does not represent the suitable solution.
Commission-tufting and pattern-development
Apart from tufting-machinery we offer commission-tufting as a service. We can offer a 5/64" cut-pile tufting-machine and a 1/10" cut-pile tufting-machine, both in a 5200 mm working-width. It is also possible to use smaller widths within the total-width.
